About R.U.B.I.E.S.

R.U.B.I.E.S., Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that focuses on cultivating the minds of young ladies through community partnership, community outreach and most importantly our curriculum based mentoring program, "From a Hard Rock to a Gem." Our mission is to encourage young ladies to realize their full potential through an elevated level of self worth, self-love and self-determination. Our vision is that every young lady be educated, empowered, and inspired on the importance of self-worth through community leadership, cultural enhancements, health and wellness, and life skill development. Living the mantra, "Realizing yoUr Best In Every Situation".

We highly anticipate the fruits of labor as we host upcoming community events and fundraising initiatives such as "PROJECT 100: 100 Girls + 100 Days + 100 Dollars = 100 Scholars" in order to be an enriching factor in these young ladies lives. 

It takes a village to raise a child and with us being the village its time to step up through our sincere commitment and unwavering support for the generations to come!
